Campsite

Hi All!

As its my first time to the IOW festival this year I have a few questions about the camping:

- How far away is the main arena/entry into the festival from the camping area that is located closest to the car park?

- Once our cars are parked up and our tents set-up, are we allowed to access our cars throughout the festival?

- How big is too big a tent, it will just be my partnmer and I and he has a 4 person tent (not massive) but bascially its a pod and another room, will the festival staff allow this?

Any info/advice would be much apprecaited

The nearer you camp to your car, the further away you are from the entrance, but yeah you can walk in and out the festival to your car and into Newport easy enough. Also, the further from the main festival entrance, the more room you have to camp, so you should be fine with your tent. It's quite a narrow site, probably at most half a mile wide (near the main stage), and about 2.5 miles long from furthest camping spots to front of main stage. About a mile and a half of that is camping, and a mile is within the main arena. That being said, I think they include some stuff within the campsite now, so not as far to walk back to tent
