I think it's got the date the wrong way round on there - the 17 relates to the year.

The good news is that it was reliably forecasted to rain today at least a week in advance. Lots of good faith for the accuracy of the weather sites.

Looks like the walk way light posts are going up (far right of The Other stage field) that or they're markers for the metal track
