Hi

I'm going to my 2nd Glasto this year and 1st time alone although am volunteering via festaff as my BF is having a baby later this year and doesn't fancy camping. Are there any other sane, normal fun loving females flying solo who fancy hanging out from time to time who are based in London or Surrey? If so would be good to organise pre Glasto drinks.

Yikes! I read this as boyfriend, rather than the less scandalous best friend. Kudos to you if your boyfriend really is having a baby...either racy relationship dynamics there, or a medical miracle.

He could also be suffering from some form of mental health condition. He may even have eaten a Fray Bentos steak and kidney pie in a one'r and felt like it was a baby he was carrying. Actually, are those two statements really unlinked?

I've had a food baby growing for the last few years, does that count?

Of course it does. I have also experienced such a situation. Fortunately I no longer give a bollocks for it, fashion, external expectations of normality etc etc

I cried last night. It was a nice cry because I'd seen something extraordinarily emotional in a good way happen.
