StLewi
After over a decade of drinking and trying out numerous hangover 'cures', I've deduced the only sure-fire way to banish them is time, sleep and hydration. Unfortunately you don't have the luxury of time at Glasto, so just have some painkillers, Berocca and a reydration drink and start boozing again. You'll feel like Ozzy Osbourne when you get back home, but it's better than suffering when you're there!
Beaver89
Like Russy I've not yet had a hangover at Glasto (and hope it stays that way. I like to just get a low level buzz going and maintain it. Plenty of water at the campsite is the key and down some painkillers. The fresh air, exercise of walking about and festy food will do the rest.

fat_man_joe
My hangover's are so bad these days I can barely leave bed the next day til about 6pm. At festivals though I just seem to be ok. Some squashed tent-warmed cake and a nice sit in a light-breeze seems to be the best cure.
robot86
I found pint size Bloody Mary's being served on the walk through the market area from Pyramid to Other stage (think it was possibly Bread and Roses?!) - they were £8 but were huge, and definitely did the job. yellowsnow
Decent breakfast, fresh air and some ice cold orange juice from the milk truck.
parsonjack
Like rusty said though there is an immunity at glasto, I think it's the fact most are never truly sober there never hungover. Totally agree on the immunity aspect....although adrenalin and fresh air have a lot to do with it.

kellly
2 milk thistle tablets before i start drinking and milk when i wake up does the trick for me...and in added times of need dioralyte/pepto bismol. But essentially as soon as the nausea begins to disappear then hit the cider, full of sugar to rid the hangover

Aragorn
Surely taking paracetamol after caning it is not a good idea? For me a becorra before bed and eating something no matter whether you want toor not is your friend
verrymerry
Just go and see a band. I went to see Blondie on the Friday last year and I remember thinking it was the best hangover I'd ever had. Perfect cure. That didn't help me sadly! 2013 I dragged my sorry self up to the Park to watch Josephine, thought I was going to be sick, spent all day doing this but in different locations! Eventually our campsite neighbour took pity on me & gave me some Resolve, I had a 30 minute snooze, went to see Noah and the Whale on t'Other stage and nommed a square pie, mash and beans like I'd never eaten. To say it was my favourite moment (suddenly being un hungover) is an understatement!
Badlands
Plus one with the Milk Thistle. I start taking it a week before hand. Two each morning. Takes the edge off the hangover.

lucyginger
A word of warning- milk thistle can interfere with the contraceptive pill and make it less effective, so be careful ladies if you are on it! As for hangovers, I agree with the maintaining a low level buzz thing. Works for me!
Mezhyp1
Some grease, more gin and a spliff, and get fucking on with it
The Placid Casual
Some grease, more gin and a spliff, and get fucking on with it Pretty much, though I don't get hungover at festivals.
Justiceforcedave
Small bottle of kahlua, small bottle of vodka, milk from the milk truck. White Russian breakfast!
Inconspicuous
They do bloody Mary's somewhere over near the Park I think. Never been one to immediately start drinking as I wake up. Wake up, whack down a pint of energy drink and a paracetamol. Good fatty breakfast of some kind. Then I'm good for the first pint usually around 11. Untz
Omeprazole twice a day, painkillers + water/alka seltzer before sleep, stodgy food when you wake up, alcohol as soon as you can manage it. That's the plan. I never stick to the plan.
shoptildrop
Keep drinking. You will probably die when you come back from the festival though Yep basically stay drunk for 5 days and deal with the aftermath when you get back home lol
Wallace
Avoid Brothers cider. Other way around - brothers for breakfast!
