This is great, he must have given FGW shedloads of business over the years. I'd love to travel to the festival on this!

Can just imagine him on the tannoy at the station....

"Is there a train coming? Well I don't know. I've never seen one - ha, ha, ha. I've got a funny story about a train...." etc.

"The last train on Sunday night will be two trains, which are probably both British"

Might want to move the line to King's Cross :P

heh yeah - I meant except at Paddington really :) Platform 9 3/4 for me used to be the less glamorous and well hidden Thameslink 'station in a gully' at Kings Cross when I used to commute in from St. Albans before they smashed it and built the new St. Pancras....
