Glastonbury 2015 Webcam?

Good point, unless they have 3 wider cams all together? :D (Does seem to be only one slot on the case though)

Looking at the picture showing the camera design with a single aperture, I'd say it was a panoramic scanning one. It may even be a real-time rather than snapshot camera - now how cool would that be!

Waiting with baited breath...

Well that would be worth the wait, if it is real time!

just posted this stupidly on another thread :) (I knew there was a webcam one too :)

Did a wee dig on the source code of the BBC Glasto Webcam page and can see that the frame in the middle of the page points at .....

http://glastocam.external.bbc.co.uk

For those in the know about all things interwebs - you might notice that the DNS name for this doesn't exist at present...

So its either the old DNS name has stopped working, or the new one hasn't been added yet....whatever...something is happening :)

They've plugged it in!! They haven't switched it on yet but we can see what we're getting....

EDIT: I'm not actually sure that is what we're getting. The speaker stacks and ribbon tower aren't there so that's clearly not an up-to-date image. But - it's on its way!

Bad news (sort of) - I've had another look at the website source code (anyone can do this :)) - and the web address that was showing there earlier (http://glastocam.external.bbc.co.uk) has been changed to a static image i.e. the one above....

Im thinking they just aren't quite ready though, the fact its changed at all means things are happing :)

As you were people........
