The_Spoon
Well.... Just as I thought I was in the clear having got a ticket in the resale, work are now being funny about giving me the time off. Obviously I'm going to do all I can to rearrange/accommodate things so I can get the time off, but just in case - does anyone know when the final date is for refunds and how much I would stand to lose? (Apart from a bit of my sanity by not being able to go having actually managed to get a ticket!!!) I've had a look on the site and the efests guide and it says May 8th but its worded in such a way that it makes it sound like that's only for people who bought their ticket in the initial sale as its talking about only loosing £15 of your initial deposit - are the rules the same for resale tickets? The_Spoon
So I could get a full refund, less £15 if it really comes to it?

Smash1984
The only thing I've never worked out is if you get the booking fee back also, I've never had to cancel my ticket but always wondered.

I would assume you probably wouldn't, Seetickets still "rendered their service" or some such nonsense. Hopefully I'll be in no position to tell you for sure! sinhala
Anyone know how to cancel a ticket. I know the phone number to call, but is it the lead booker who calls or the individual ticket holder ?

I've had someone in our group cancel their own ticket even though I initially booked it.

Refund goes to the person who initially paid for that ticket/ticket balance.
