Although it's not worth checking the registration page is it worth having it open already with details in then as soon as tickets become available you hit go?

nope, the registration page is for registering with Glasto in order to get a registration number. You can't buy tickets from the registration page.

The "add registrations" page will redirect back to the queue / holding page as soon as a sale starts anyway.

(this one) - http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/event/addregistrations

(or this one) - http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/event/glastonbury-2016-ticket-coach/worthy-farm/900001

(or this one) - http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/event/glastonbury-2016/worthy-farm/900001/

The only advantage it has is you have already taught your browser the registration numbers & postcodes so you can just fill them with autocomplete by double clicking and selecting the details from the form history rather than typing

The only page people need to monitor is this one: http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/content/extras where a big button will appear when there is a sale

Sorry I didn't make it clear. This is the page I meant. Like the add registrations page. That's also the page which changed this morning that siblin flagged up

I'm pretty sure it only auto-fills the 'your registration' and not the extra ones! Unless my browser is stupid!

they're not great URLs to be checking, because See can redirect the main URL to anything they fancy - and they might not fancy those.

What do you mean by extras one? When you get through to a booking page you are always faced with enter registration number & postcode, Firefox at least, learns what you want in the fields & works between all of the links above as its technically the same field as far as Firefox is concerned

Agreed I said the only one is content/extras the others are not worth monitoring, only teaching your browser the details before the sale

ow man my google chrome doesn't bring up the other reg details! What's going on there.

Google will only auto fill if your logged in with your google account, and providing you have previously asked google to save those details.

So I've been checking the standard glastonbury.seetickets page, is that not the correct one? I had thought that was right.

Yeah glastonbury.seetickets.com

Is all you need to monitor. At the moment it redirects to /content/extras. But that will change when there is a sale

Just to be clear.  I check the tour, root, and addregistrations pages for see tickets, as well as a bunch of other glastonbury related URLs.

Neil is right, they could use any URL they chose which is why you need to monitor multiple pages.

Hi Siblin, Should I have received an email alert this morning? I've anti spammed you and VIP'd you so if there was one it should have got through right?

Yeah i think so - there was an  update on the ticket_ga page that went out, though you might not be setup to monitor that one.

Mine autosave on Firefox for all registration / postcode sections. As someone mentioned earlier, maybe something to do with the cookies for that page!

Hmm its possible I didnt set up ticket_ga as a default page to monitor (for the reasons discussed in the last page - theres no guarentee see tickets will use that link).  You should be able to click the management link and enable it.

It might have been mentioned on here before, but there's an application called Short Keys Lite which can be used to assign values to key combinations. For example you could have all your card and registration details assigned to various key combinations that you'd use to populate the field as quickly as possible. So:

##1 = Card number
##2 = Card Holder name
etc..
