Maybe try copy and paste the one on your email. The email linked to the individuals application. Just added after reading below.

Make sure you're using the correct postcode per ticket ref e.g. if one is for your friend then it should be their postcode not yours. If no joy ring seetickets

If you included a space in the middle, try without. Or vice versa.

Check the registration number and the postcode it returns just in case it was typed incorrectly when you registered. Has your local postcode changed since registration? Not sure but they might check the postcode against the Royal Mail Postcode database just to validate.
