Anyone ever been dropped off in one of the car parks?

So 15 of us are getting driven there and the most sensible/reliable option seemed to be to use the drop off point at Bath and west showground. However, it has got me wondering whether drop offs in the car park are allowed and if anyone personally ever does it? Would be a touch to avoid the shuttle bus before and after.

its not clear if all 15 are in the same minibus

if they are then the driver can apply ' in advance ' for permission to use the bus station next to Gate A

operative word is ' in advance ' because he will be charged a high price to be allowed to enter if he shows up out the blue and there is a big risk he will be turned away.

if you mean by private cars then its unlikely they would be able to enter the car park without a parking ticket.

Well for a kick off if you don't make it clear its a licensed minibus they will knock you back as they don't want to encourage people diving into the back of a van which has been tried many times before and they will for sure be refused entry - its hard enough even with the proper passes.

Contact office@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk well in advance and they will send the details provided you make it very plain its a licensed minibus.
