Last year on the first day (Video)

Just a short video of a guy we saw on the first day at kendal calling last year. It was just before 8pm and this guy was on god knows what. I don't know if any of you saw him but he was hilarious to watch. Just after i stopped recording, he started pissing on someone's tent, then a girl came out and screamed Then security finally came and there was a wild chase across the field

true. I remember getting the tent up on Thursday and it being quite sunny. Was it Friday lunchtime time it started.......and didn't stop?

Fingers crossed for sun sun sun this year. Another year like last year would break me I think. All those bloody lakes mean the site can't handle that amount of rain combined with an increased sell out crowd.

Sat at work 5am looking through my phone and found a clip of me and my pal mark singing like nutter to suede.Now that made me smile.Looking forward to this year also a little shocked to see britsh sea power on the woodlans stage thought they would command a larger stage.

Sadly the general camping is becoming a kids club on acid, it's been over run by teens who can't handle there beer and act like d^cks. Not blaming all of them and yes there are adults out there that do the same but for the past 3/4 years it seems to be getting more and more teen heavy and they only seem to have an interest in getting hammered in the camping area and jumping into everyone's tents.

God I sound like a grumpy old man.....

We camped in general in 2012 and vowed never again after that and have been in emperors every year since, last year the other half was waiting near the toilets for me in the arena and 4 separate groups of teenagers asked him if he had any ket for sale (he must look THAT dodgy), this was in the space of 5 minutes. I'm not against people having a good time whichever way they choose BUT if they turn into arses and think they can take the world on........the fun gets spoiled all around and can lead to trouble of all sorts. We seen one lad who had obviously been given a good kicking last year and that just aint nice to see, I also had a girl come over at the bar and try and take my beer off me, literally pulling it out of my hand, luckily security were near and they just carted her off.

In 2013 I saw a guy throw half a tray of chips into a bin! Shocking, absolutely shocking!

someone on facebook came up with the idea of having special memorabilia pint pots which the bars could just refill rather than the 10p plastic crap, I thought a great idea especially if there was a way you could clip in onto your belt/ nosering etc between beers. might go someway to stopping the binkids (and their even viler cousins the urinalkids!).

I find that funny when you see the inexperienced guys getting hammered early & by the end they look like hell.

We have the Health and safety fun police that would never let you take the same glass to a bar, cross contamination!! toilet hands, dirty mouths, human consumption....... not legally allowed to do it in a pub now nevermind a field!!

...yet kids are encouraged to riffle through the bins (and urinals) to pick out a discarded plastic pot which they then hand to volunteer staff for 10p.
