Messaging Problems

Hi,

I'm having problems sending PM's, just tried to send one to tony and it came back saying he couldn't receive any messages, not sure if it's a problem with him receiving them or me sending them, as haven't tried anyone else.

There also seems to be something happening with quotes - my comments went inside the quotes I was referring to, and I couldn't edit by deleting the quotation markers, they kept reappearing after the editing/posting was done.

there's no reason why the PM system might have stopped working (it was working yesterday, i know for certain), so i can only presume his inbox is full (there's a limit, of 50 msgs I think).

that can only be your own error in using the quoting. If you use the full 'WYSIWYG' editor* it can be quite easy to mess it up, as what you see happen on screen isn't always what happens with what you can't see.

(* the 'BBCode Mode' button is the one at the top-left of the edit window, which switches you between what-you-see-is-what-you-get mode and raw mode)

If you're using the editor in 'raw' mode then you're able to see the BBCode tags, where you should be able to work out where things have gone wrong with the tags.

ok thanks, I'll try that if it keeps happening. I've been having other mistyping errors, where I've suddenly found myself in one of the ads, so I'm probably using a key shortcut or something.
