I posted a link to it. But it wasn't as strange as it originally seemed, because UEA student union is an academy sized venue used on academy tours (so he sees people like Frank Turner/Editors there regularly). Had Chase and Status instead for his year lol.

Well nobody disputed they played that venue. It's just that the origin of the conversation was that an act played somebody's freshers' week (as in at a student-only university-run event) and you said Coldplay played when just played a university venue not even during freshers' week.

  • 3 weeks later...

Not seen her mentioned as a headliner, just that she's playing the main stage so presumably not.

Yeah I just read on the page here "More headline artists and a full line-up of international and UK artists, bands and DJs will be confirmed in the coming months."

Sub at least or headlining the other stage.

There's no Friday night this year, Ed Sheeran ain't doing anything in England except Wembley this year and James Bay will be in the INNWT tent.

I'd guess your tip off is The Libertines subbing Taylor Swift seeing as that sounds the most bizarre.

Nope, friend of mine who lives in Dereham said there's been whispers Ed Sheeran is headlining this.
