Camper toilet?

Hi everyone, I'm hoping to get a campervan ticket for the west field. My van has no toilet in it, does anyone know if it's ok to pitch a small tent beside my van and put a portaloo in it?

Shouldn't be a problem as long as it's inside the total size of your pitch. Last year in CV East we squeezed a caravan, full sized awning and two tents all in our permitted pitch area.

We were in he West Campervan field last year and awnings off your campervan or separate toilet/shower tents were absolutely fine!

That's it then - there's easily enough room for an external portaloo / tent amalgamation next to your campervan. I've got a campervan with a built in loo but never use it as the toilets don't seem to be too far away at the festivals I've taken it to. I've not been to Glastonbury in a campervan before so have no idea where the main loos in the campervan field are. Now I'm just coming out with bollocks for the sake of it, so will stop.In a little bit. Now.

To be honest I've never taken a portaloo before, I'm not even sure why I'm thinking of taking one this time! I think I'm getting to the age when I want to have options! A woman should always have options. Thank you, I love you all ❤️❤️❤️

we do exactly that.

There is plenty room for an awning plus a loo tent next to your van.

There isn't room to swing a cat in our van when the bed is down, so the loo tent is essential !

It's a great luxury at a festival to take the programme (other reading literature is available) into the toilet for a nice, sit down, dump.
