Can you spare the cost of a pint for charity?

Hi guys (Admin, please feel free to delete this thread if it breaks the rules)

I'm doing some fundraising for the Archie Foundation - it is a charity that helps fund research, equipment and training for the benefit of sick children and also helps to create fantastic environments for children who find themselves unwell and in hospital in Tayside, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

I'm taking part in 'Beards for Bairns' - doing without shaving from Christmas Day to Burns Night (25th Jan). Given that I'm complaining about not having a shave and how itchy it is by the Friday or Saturday at Glasto I'm hoping it's worth it!

I started fundraising late last night and already raised a lot more than my original goal (£100 by the end of January). I know it's a struggle at this time of year but I'm asking people if they can contribute the equivalent of a pint off of their next night out - sick children benefit and you get one pint less of a hangover the following morning - everyone wins!

Can't wait to be in a field again next year with all my festival friends and family.

Have a lovely Christmas folks :hi:
