4. Teeth Of The Sea - Latitude

5. Metronomy - Albert Hall, Manchester (last night!)

2. Arcade Fire - Glastonbury

3. St Vincent - Roundhouse

4. Arcade Fire - Earls Court, Night 2

5. St Vincent - Glastonbury

What a life.

In fairness, I was supposed to see The New Pornographers, The Besnard Lakes, The Raveonettes, Wolf Alice and loads of other people who do good music things, before I decided to leave London after a week. Then there's The Antlers gig that I can't remember.

Would the first Prince one be the Academy or The arena? That's a list I'm very envious of.

1) Soundgarden, BST Hyde Park [supporting Black Sabbath] (Incredible. 20th anniversary of Superunknown of which "4th of July" was played on 4th of July. Soo good)

2) Anti-Flag - Glastonbury (Largest circle pit ever in the Left-Field tent in Glastonbury. Had so much energy)

3) Klaxons - Mr Kyps, Poole (Really tiny venue, unbelievable performance)

4) Disclosure - Glastonbury (Perfect end to the weekend, flares popping up "When a Fire Starts to Burn" played was awesome)

5) Pixies - Glastonbury/Cypress Hill - NASS (both great atmosphere, people singing along)

The National - O2 Arena

Arcade Fire - Earl's Court (Night 1)

Brand New - O2 Academy, Newcastle

65daysofstatic - Thé Foundry, Sheffield

Neutral Milk Hôtel - Barrowlands, Glasgow

Mogwai - Glastonbury

St Vincent - Thé Sage, Gateshead

Nine Inch Mails - Thé Hydro, Glasgow

Thé War On Drugs - Glastonbury

Those are thé main performances that I feel warrant a particularly special mention. If I had to pick a tenth to round out the list at present I'd probably go with either Sharon Van Etten or CHVRCHES but I'm confident that the Manics' Holy Bible show next week will warrant a place in the top ten!
