Kasabian have been added to the eFestivals rumours pages for Reading and Leeds to indicate that they are indeed a "rumour" for Reading and Leeds festivals.

at the moment we have Kasabian down as a rumour for a few fests.

To some extent it's a punt, cos one thing we're thinking is that they won't be playing all that we have them rumoured for.

I know they're not down as a rumour for them but I'd hope/reckon they'd be more likely for V/IOW in addition to TITP. It's a little longer since they played either of those and they're one of the few bands it seems V would book these days.

For what it's worth, I had little/no interest in Kasabian before I saw them the last time they headlined. I thought they were surprisingly good and decided to their gig in the Glasgow Hydro last night.

Again, they're not really my favourite band, and the crowd were diabolical but the stage show and music was excellent. They can really fill out a set with singles and great album songs with ease. They'd be a good booking but I can see them doing TITP and V.
