elfweirdigan
Hi, and first off - HUGE Thanks to everyone who came to GG 2014 and helped make it really very special indeed. The feedback has been AMAZING, with people saying they were inspired, rejuvenated, had the best festival of their lives and suchlike! There were a couple of hiccups - mainly 'cos our traffic and box office systems didn't get off to the best start on Thursday - for that we apologise and promise to try our very best to do better next year... So, let's do it all again but more so! The Green Gathering 2015 will be held 13th-16th August and Earlybird Tickets are on sale NOW. More info in our efestivals listing, on our website and facebook, and in our newsletter too (where you can see some of the fab feedback). And you can follow/tweet at us on Twitter, too. So, the ball's rolling, and now we'll have a bit of a rest before booking the bands and everything. Keep an eye out for updates... elfweirdigan
Change afoot: new dates for The Green Gathering 2015!!! Green Gathering HQ has been in uproar in recent days, since the owners of Piercefield Park in Chepstow sprung it on us that while they’d love to host GG on our traditional first weekend in August, they can’t actually fit us in on those dates. This was an unexpected blow for us, and we understand it will be for some of you. The upshot is that The Green Gathering 2015 will be held on the same stunning site on 13-16 August, two weeks later than expected!! Our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment caused; we’re really hoping that most of you will be able to rejig diaries and stick with us. We will refund earlybird tickets for anyone who can’t make the new dates; you will receive an email from Bristol Ticket Shop, explaining how to claim these refunds. (If you bought a ‘dawn chorus’ ticket direct from the Gathering, please contact tickets@greengathering.org.uk if you need a refund.)
