Anyone else see him? I know he was clashing with Lana del ray & Robert Plant, but definitely one of my main highlights. Excellent performance, lots of Dire Straits stuff, and not in any way crowded - there was plenty of sitting room, and I casually strolled straight into the 3rd row, slightly left of centre stage. 2-3 members of the Dire Straits were performing with him as well. It was at the acoustic tent, although I think they seem to be ignoring the acoustic part of that - there were electric guitars, electric keyboard, etc

Tiz the luck of the draw; i got soaked during the friday downpour, standing at west holts for Vintage Trouble, gutted it messed up their slot

I was in same spot as you eoJ and was great - they nailed Sultans of Swing, his stuff was good, and great finish with the Cohen cover and then he steps back points to both guitarists and they rip into Money for Nothing

and oneeye - I was at VT also

I had to go off to watch Skinny Lister but I caught Walk of life through to Sultans of Swing which was bloody awesome!
