We cant make our bus due to a funeral on Thurs. Have spoke to Glasto who have told us to ring See Tickets on 0844 412 4626, and they may be able to arrange to have our tickets left at the box office at the festival. Have emailed See and will call this PM after work if do n hear back.

We are 2 adults booked for the coach and tickets package for Glastonbury. We are flying over from Belfast on Wednesday and are scheduled to get the Thursday @ 9:00am bus from Bristol to Glastonbury. We now both have the same funeral to attend which it is looking likely will be on Thursday (to be confirmed). In which case we would like to fly over and come down to the festival on the Friday.

Can you confirm if it would be possible for us to make our own way to Glastonbury on Friday and collect our tickets from somewhere (ticket office?) down at the festival site? Similarly if it is too late to do this , what happens to tickets which are not collected on the bus? Is there somewhere that they go ( ticket office?) where we could come and collect them from with our booking details/ID etc ?
