E-Tickets can they be scanned from a mobile device?

As per thread title really, I've got email tickets from Book it Bee and have tweeted @wychwoodfestival several times this week without response.

Can your e-tickets be scanned from a smartphone to obtain your wrist band?

I'm hoping so as it defeats the whole object of an e-ticket if a printed copy is required.

Any thoughts?

My ticket, which I've printed. says at the top: "Please print your ticket as most venues will not have equipment capable of scanning from a mobile phone screen."

That said, above the bar code there is a number which they may be able to check against their database.
