Thought I payed the whole of tge deposit, but actually didn't

Unless you have proof you paid your balance (your email confirmation and your bank statement showing the payment going out) I don't really see what SEE will be able to do... Worth giving them a call, of course, but without a confirmation it's your word against theirs unfortunately.

If the money was taken from your account but you didn't get email confirmation, that's their fault. Monies taken mean they have to honour it. If the money wasn't taken and you didn't get an email confirmation, that means something went wrong when you tried to pay and they think you didn't want the ticket. If that's the case, good luck on Sunday.

You can check your 'account' with seetickets which will show if you have any orders with them, will show deposit and balance as separate orders.

Alternatively you can check your Glastonbury registration by going to edit it, details of what orders tie in with the registration are shown. You don't need to be the lead booker to do this.
