Great Escape Playlists For Every Stage For Every Day

Hey buddies.

Anyone going to The Great Escape I've spent the past couple of days compiling playlists of every stage on the main program for every day [Doing Saturday's line ups tonight] and thought I'd share.

Why? Well as someone whose frequented the festival since 2006 I've learnt that the way to get the best festival possible is to look for the most appealing 'run' of bands as opposed to the one or two bands you've been longing to see as the popular bands will fill up and will likely fill up an act before you intend to get there (and in some extreme cases 2 or even 3 acts before the main attraction cones on) meaning more time spent in queues and less time watching bands. As a result Great Escape is a festival I deem very much a festival you need to plan pretty precisely with backup lans and a solid structure to work around (basically anything to stop you spending most your time queuing or wondering around without any idea as to what you want to see) . So I share these playlists ever year for people in a similar situation to me.

I currently have a list of something like 15 acts I want to see... but they're all over the place! And I imagine that a few of them (Jon Hopkins, Dry the River) will be among the more popular acts. Hope we can get into those shows.
