can you still get a refund ( minus admin charge ) until may 9th ?

hi

i have been to Glasto in 04,09 and 10. Paul mcCartney and Neil young being highlights!

Could not get tickets since and am pumped to be attending in 2014! We are a group of 8 some traveling from ireland via bristol and some travelling via leeds ( only bus tickets available!)

i have one person (idiot!) in my group who is still unsure if they want to go ( is not related to todays lineup , which i think is very good indeed! )

can i just have some reassurances reference refunds.

we have tickets + coach from bristol booked , we are flying over from ireland. i am led to believe if i pay all the balances that we can still cancel before may 9th and only lose £25 in admin charges ( £15 ticket admin and £10 bus ticket admin) . is this correct ?
