Think we will be in and out of there alot. I really want a picture of Tim with my son Burgess. :-). Not sure on all the locations, this will be our first year.

Met him and Jon Brookes at Lincoln in 2008, when my wife was pregnant with Burgess and he was a lovely bloke, he grabbed a poster and signed it, To Burgess, much love Tim Burgess. So can not wait for a photo too, will stick it in the frame with the poster.

Tim Peaks line up tonight at 7pm. What should we expect? Is it usual for an announcement for the line up there? I thought it was all spontaneous. Sure Tim knows what is happening, but thought it was just a surprise and a case of being right place at the right time.

Nah they normally do a line up announcement or at the very least put posters on Tim peakes door telling you who's on and when. I wouldn't expect anything major from the announment, sure there will be some familiar names on the list as well, but probably from years gone by.

Will be decent. Frankie and the Heartstrings will be good. Bonehead listening party will be cool. Simon Rimmer is a cool bloke too, bet he will play some decent tunes And of course the man Tim himself.

Anyone else see Clean Bandit on Jools Holland ? I thought they sounded really good. Not sure I`d go to one of their gigs but reckon I will check them out at Kendal. Also didn`t realise they were number 1 in the hit parade a few months back. Decent job by the KC bookers......pity they missed Chvrches though

I know Elbow got a few mentions on here before the line up came out. I have some of their stuff but they were very dour on the same show. New songs did nothing for me so maybe we are better with Example !

Kendal posted on Twitter Yesterday, they said, Excited to announce more acts over the next couple of weeks.

Now is that gonna be a real couple of weeks or a Kendal couple of weeks, where we find out in a couple of months?

Easy star allstars are touring the uk the same time as kc, playing reading on the Friday night but free on Saturday and Sunday. They would make a nice addition to the main stage in the afternoon.
