Refund on JUST car parkingtickets

We're staying at worthy view and already had parking booked... but i then got one of my group to pay off our balances (to save on postage and because i'm abroad) and they (stupidly and) mistakenly booked parking again so we now have 2parking tickets we don't need. The faqs say...

'As with your Festival tickets, car parking and campervan tickets are non-transferable, and attempts to re-sell them may result in their cancellation. Refunds are available prior to the ticket refund deadline.'

Any ideas? Was going to get them to call the tickets number but i'm a bit worried we'll be given a full ticket refund and i definitely don't want that.

See should be able to cancel unwanted car parking tickets from your order, without affecting the whole order. They changed an actual ticket booking for me this week, as I'd mistakenly selected to pay the balance off a child ticket - doh! Heart failure moment, but all was quickly sorted.
