It has to be total BS, None of the artists have it in their tour calendars on their individual websites. MCD have nothing about it on their calender either. They have all the Marlay Park things and everything else they're promoting but nothing about their flagship festival?! The Oxegen website is completely unchanged from the 2013 festival. If they were going to launch a new one they would have at least deleted the old one.

The facebook page is elaborate and convincing, but surely it is a hoax.

Pearl Jam already stated that their current announced festival dates are their only ones for the Summer. Enough to say it's fake.

Shame but at least it's a week or so less for me over there lol

Needs a rethink for 2015 if they decide to bring it back.

I doubt we will see it again to be honest. 2012 it was canned 2013 it was pathetic and now canned again in 2014... I think Electric Picnic and Longitude will have to carry the flag for Ireland now. Basically if they just got the exact line-up from 2010 (sans Black Eyed Peas) it would be back. Alas they think people only want to see electro bands, hence their position of being dead.

But yeah, definitely a shame.
