Of all of the Jabberwocky Fallout shows that have been arranged I believe ATP are secretly promoting five of them. The two shows at the Garage and the three shows at Ace Hotel. Deafheaven put a statement out saying that ATP won't make a penny out of their show at the Garage though

Ridiculously, ATP have enforced some exclusivity contract they had on the Van Pelt so they've been forced to cancel the Shacklewell Arms show they were meant to be playing to play an ATP show instead

Best comment from the ATP Facebook page: "I'm never going to the tennis again either just in case you're the same ATP"

Also, new development:

Hmmm, there's some big claims in there by ATP.

If ATP have had the ticket money - and they admit (again) that they have had - how do they think that Dash might have the money to refund people with? Do ATP really think that Dash were providing the ticketing service AND carrying the risks for ATP's success or failure for a piddly few quid in booking fees?

If ATP do think that, then ATP don't have any sense of reality and no wonder they keep fucking up.

And when it comes to a dispute between a financial failure who are trying to pass the buck and a reputable PR firm who are respected enough to win and keep the PR contract for one of the UK's biggest festivals (plus of course plenty of other stuff), and when that PR firm say they have certain damning admissions from ATP in writing, guess which of the two I'm going to place my faith in...?

But hey, nothing is ATP's fault, right?

An email from ATP.

Dear Customers,

As you know, Dash Tickets are currently refusing refunds to people who purchased tickets through their service. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a definitive answer on if or when this will change. We know that our customers do not deserve this kind of treatment - the delays and conflicting information from either us, as the promoter on whose event you spent your money, or from Dash as the vendor who took your money. But, we are working with them to find a resolution and will let you know the moment we have any more information. Right now though, all we can do is try and help people get the refund they deserve using alternative methods:

Your points of contact should be either PayPal, your bank, or your credit card provider. Whoever you are dealing with - be prepared with copies of your PDF ticket(s) from Dash, your PayPal receipt, our Cancellation announcement, and any communication from Dash stating that they are unwilling to honour a refund.

If your transaction is under 45 days old, whether it was via an existing PayPal balance, direct debit from your linked bank account, or on a debit or credit card - this should be quite straightforward, and can be applied for direct from your PayPal dashboard through the Resolution Centre.

If you paid via an existing PayPal balance and your transaction is over 45 days old, you can apply for a refund by calling theclaims department on either 0333 044 8905 or 0800 3587911 quoting the name of the event, and ready with the previously stated documentation. They are collecting a list of these customers whose transactions fall outside of the standard 45-day claims period and passing them to an internal team who will be contacting Dash in due course.

If your transaction is over 45 days old and you paid with a debit card or direct debit transfer from your linked bank account, you should contact your bank and issue a Direct Debit Indemnity Claim. You can find more information on what this means here.

If your transaction is over 45 days old and you paid with a credit card of which the transaction amount was over £100, you may be covered under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, which you can find more information on here. If your transaction amount was under £100, you should contact your card provider to enquire about issuing a chargeback. Consumer Rights advice provider 'Which' offer a template letter here, which you may be asked to send via mail or email along with evidence documentation regarding your case.

For anyone who finds issues occurring with any of these methods, or for those who are applying for refunds from other countries where different processes may apply - please let us know so we can update our information and keep other customers informed.

Many thanks for your patience.

I didn't fancy starting a new thread as to bring positive attention to it but it seems like ATP have launched ATP 2.0 with a (frankly, decent) festival held in North Wales next winter. Approach with caution, obviously.

Very surprised they've come back to Britain. Does anyone know if people got their Jabberwocky refunds yet?
