juliadevitt
We are planning on arriving with our caravan at around 4pm on the Thursday. We want to get in early and we are hoping the initial queue will have died down a bit after an hour.

shoebox
Leaving the Medway Towns at midday, quick detour to Sevenoaks to pick a friend up, maybe a stop at Fleet for some grub, arriving at the site about 3pm and hoping to get my usual spot by the yurts and Tipi tent. One day of work to go!
Blannyboy
Probably have a little bit of lunch on Thursday and then leave about 1.30pm and arriving at the site by about 2pm, its great to be only 10 miles away!!
DaveT
Finishing work tomorrow mid day, aiming for site opening time. We're only 15 miles away but Steam Fair traffic to contend with. Arrived about 7 last year which was fine, just like to get set up and chill out a bit sooner.

Maoster
Does anyone know about this steam fair traffic - when it starts and any particular times or routes to avoid? A thousand thanks if anyone can shed light on this as was badly caught out last year.
Fareham Grecian
Steam Fair is on Weds (today) till Sun. 200k people last year so unsurprisingly traffic can be grim. It's only a few miles from EotR. Mornings going in are worse, and eves going away, esp Sunday going towards London. I would have thought tomorrow afternoon should be comparatively ok, but the only way to be sure is to avoid the A354 - easier said than done! Pick up some provisions and get the big bus to Larmer Tree Gardens to arrive at about 2/3pm for END OF THE ROAD 2013!!!
gigs
Originally had tomorrow off work, but had to cancel that. Anyways... Aiming to arrive around 4-5pm from Christchurch. Coming up through Three legged Cross, past Horton Inn, so hope to avoid the Steam traffic. Only festival this year, last weekend before my eldest goes to University, so really looking forward to it.
