I know they were tossed around previously, and much enjoyed last year but do you guys still think there is a chance Travis will be added to the line up? Also my flatmate would kill me if I didnt inqure about the likelyhood of the The Script playing (Which I think is highly unlikely).

I still can't get my head round some of weird placements on the poster. London Grammar that high; Jake Bugg before Example; Imagine Dragons before Tinie Tempah. The only explanation I can think of is that these bands of the moment have been given prominent places on the poster to grab people's attention, whereas the bigger acts like Example and Tinie Tempah are a little bit out of the spotlight right now. However come the festival, we'll see them in the bigger slots.

This also gives me hope that Ed Sheeran isn't a sub.

I've got my fingers crossed for Twin Atlantic headlining Transmissions on Saturday night. Would make a nice alternative to Calvin, Elbow, and whoever headlines tuts.

Haven't been on here since the announcement but I don't actually think the lineup is have bad, plenty to keep me happy and I honestly think Biffy Clyro, Calvin Harris and Arctic Monkeys is a better headlining set than Mumford & Sons, Rihanna and The Killers even though I'll only probably see Biffy.

For me I'd like to catch Biffy, Pixies, You Me At Six, Manic Street Preachers, Haim, Bastille, Maximo Park, Pharrell, The Stranglers, James, Bombay, Twin Atlantic, We Are Scientists, Jake Bugg, Example, Franz, Kaiser Chiefs(good festival band) and Tame Impala which is brilliant for a first announcement. Kills every other UK festival undercard so far personally. I know there will be clashes but you've got to deal with that if you like many acts.

im hoping that there is another announcement for inbetween nutini and harris on the saturday otherwise that is horrific. i knew harris would be back but the fact hes headlining is awful. suppose he sells tickets tho but hes a very weak headliner and if nutini is headlining the usual late spot ill go elsewhere. hopefully pharrell will headline the radio 1, even elbow would be better!

Was honestly so excited at 6.55 tonight thinking we were going to get the best T line up in years. After Biffy were announced I was sure Zane Lowe was going to give us an Arcade Fire with The Prodigy closing the Main Stage on the Saturday, I honestly couldn't believe my ears when he announced Calvin Harris AGAIN!!! Is Geoff and him having some sort of affair we all don't know about? The guy is terrible, he plays the same DJ set his whole tour and gets to headline Music Festivals? Unreal.

There are few decent bands so far, Pixies, MSP, Tame Impala, Disclosure, James but nowhere near enough to see me part with over £200.

So disappointed again with their announcement, really hoping with a good few decent bands added before July.

The line-up is pretty crappy but not very surprising. Evey year due to the right timing and little local competition they manage to pick up some nuggets - last year was Kraftwerk, FIDLAR and MBV, this year Pixies, We Are Scientists and Manics (as much as I hate them they're a good booking) - but the rest is fairly standard. James and Inspirals will be good but that early-nineties indie tends to float around the lower stages of T and V fairly regularly.

I'm pretty disappointed in the new bands this year. Last year we got new acts like PEACE, Palma Violets, Peace, Chvrches, The Strypes and Fidlar. I was hoping to get some acts like Royal Blood, Wolf Alice and Circa Waves but Geoff has let me down in that area. Here's hoping they announce the good new bands later on!
