"registration has already been used to buy tickets for this event" - Anyone else?

I and some others who were trying to book for me kept getting this message for my registration number - but no one had actually successfully booked a ticket with it

It made it impossible even though I managed to get through plenty of times

Not as though I could call customer service and ask - they appeared to be quite busy ...

in theory it means you have a ticket... would try and contact someone though

same - i presume the registration was paid for by someone else in the group after tickets - it wasn't my reg number it was someone elses, also got the "There is a ticket purchase attempt already in progress using this registration. It is possible that this registration has been added as a guest to another order." which was another headf**k

Yeah - had quite a few people trying. They were all successful in the end - was just me and my other half who had this issue with out reg numbers.

Not feeling particularly hopeful - in contact with SeeTickets on twitter and they are being helpful and checking it out though

Check the see tickets tracker as well just in case you have managed to get one?

See tickets say they can confirm there is a booking for our reg numbers - just not sure by who!

The +3 I added to my order have all got emails saying they've had a ticket booked in their name and giving the order number. You should be able to find out when that comes through.
