Kane is going to come back and interfere in the Lesnar vs. Taker match, I can see it now. The Brothers of Destruction returning as heels would be pretty cool.

I don't see how Kane/Undertaker could get over as heels, as a tag team they would be a bad ass team chokeslaming the hell out of opponents, theres no way the crowd would hate them. To me the WWE really needs some decent heels, I cant think of many who both act and wrestle like a heel, maybe Rusev is the closest. If only they could bring JBL back!

Edit: Added spoilers just incase

The ending was brilliant, I didn't think of having Lesnar lose via Hell's Gate without actually tapping out, Undertaker needed to use the low blow as he knows he can't beat Lesnar clean. Lesnar comes out of this looking strong as he did make Taker tap, so everyone knows he really won. Ideally I would have had Lesnar win clean but they are obviously going for a third match at Mania so this made more sense storyline wise than having Kane return or Taker win clean.

Rollins proved last night why he is the future of the company, one of the best performances I've seen from him. I didn't mind the ending to that either as Rolins retained and we knew it wouldn't be clean.

Apart from Cesaro/Owens which was very good (glad they got time and a high spot on the card) everything else was ok or good. Overall a very good show but was far too long at four hours.

Anyone else think during the opening segment that we were going to get a Rock n Sock reunion?

Also meant to say, NXT was great on Saturday, Bayley/Sasha is a must see match.

Although if it wasn't 4 hours I doubt Owens V Cesaro would have made the card, or it would have been cut down by half.

I preferred the NXT ppv, I think 2 hours fits better with my attention span. The 2 main events were very solid and I liked how they put all the babyfaces over.

Brock V Taker was much better than the wrestlemania match and booked as good as possible to set up the rubber match. Unfortunately the hype wit the main event overshadowed the other matches which I felt were solid, but not spectacular. I haven't been as big a fan as most of Cesaro, but I thought it was his best ppv performance.

Spoke to WJA on twitter earlier about couple things but I'll post here too.

Rollins put in the performance of his career so far, Cena was totally dominated by him and completely shown up by his skills and move set in the ring and Cena's offence was pathetic in comparison, but WHY on earth after allllllll the offence Cena kicks out of, he goes down to an aging celebrity's weak chair shot?

It had me so angry, what on EARTH did WWE gain from booking the match like that? Is Jon Stewart gunna stick around? No. Will WWE gain any extra press from this? No. Did it help Rollins get over? No. Did it save Cena some face? No. It made him look shitter if anything.

There was absolutely NO positive from that booking at all, NONE. NOTHING.

Cena has been on top for 12 years. People put him over clean, MANY times, just let Rollins win. He already retained over Lesnar with a shitty Taker interference after Lesnar dominated him, now Rollins gets a lot a credit in this match that undone the Lesnar beating, only for the crap finish.

Rollins is superb though, they made totally the right choice putting the belt on him at Mania and hes one of the most interesting characters in terms of promos and in ring ability they've ever had.

He has such a great future ahead of him. He just needs the right fueds. Cena was a good choice cus the fans just are so sick of him, he got more boos last night than ive heard for a long time, its usually around 50/50, but Id say it seemed 75% of the crowd were behind Rollins.

All in all I enjoyed SummerSlam. Sheamus and Orton was ok, glad it was out the way early. Tag match was great stuff. Womans match was meh, and finish was weak, no real build to it. KO/Cesaro was good stuff but I feel they can do even better. IC title wasn't great. Ryback needs a fresh fued. I didn't enjoy Rusev v Ziggler either. Although I do like both, this fued doesn't do it for me. Rusev's booking  isn't great of late.

Taker v Lesnar was solid booking, apart from the finish which was fucking shocking. Just have Taker go over Lesnar, fucking Cena did after getting beat up for 30 mins. Why the ref would be positioned where he was and miss the tap out was just dumb. The timekeeper would NEVER ring the bell, otherwise a MILLION matches would have ended before, think of all the fucking DQ's that never get rung for. It was just APPALLING booking.

Rant over.

Taker isn't on Raw, Lesnar is. Lets see what happens.

EDIT - Flair is on Raw too.

And maybe Sting.

Im not sure the fans are sick of Cena, I think some people read too much into those that shout the loudest. I also dont think he was completely dominated in terms of ability by Rollins. Cena has had good matches with a wide variety of opponents over the last month, I dont think thats purely down to his opponents. While he has many ctitics within vocal fans, he seems to have almost complete respect amongst his peers.

Rollins has a lot of potential but has struggled to find a great singles feud since the shield split up and has had quite an underwhelming title run. While its fair to criticise the booking, the job of a companies top heel is to get the crowd to really get behind the babyface. I think Rollins still has a lot to learn in this area. When I watch his matches I dont think its obvious if he is a face/heel from the way he wrestles. I would like to see some of the more flashy moves toned down, or turn him face and let him do more. He could be a superstar, but also could easily end up being the internet guy who doesnt break through to the mainstream audience.

Saw the Dudley Boyz at PCW about a month and half ago so it was a massive shock to see them back on televised programming! As much as I loved the Sting twist I was hoping for it to be Sheamus and the authority turning on Rollins.

Come to think of it, that would have been pretty awesome of the had done that. Have it lift up and Sheamus be stood there with his briefcase, Rollins looks at Trips & Steph bemused, Sheamus steps off the podium, looks at Triple H who gives him the nod, and Sheamus Brogue kicks Rollins' head off and begins a vicious beat down, which ends with Triple H giving Rollins a pedigree, calling a referee down whilst Sheamus waits for Rollins to get back up, then one more Brogue Kick and boom.

Imagine the week after, Sheamus and The Authority opening the show and Rollins music hits and he runs down to the ring with a chair, the pop he would get would be gigantic.

Sorry, got carried away there

Just finished watching, brilliant. I expected something to happen with the statue, nothing like that ever goes to plan, especially with Cena being escorted out. I did think Sting while watching it but quickly dismissed it as I didn't think he would return to feud with Rollins.

The problem with the #DivasRevolution is there is too many people involved and the matches are crap. The crowd shat on it last night.

He had the crowd right behind Ambrose an Brock when he was feuding with them. Fans don't boo people when they are in a program with Cena. Over the next few weeks he will get the crowd right behind Sting, he has a great heel. He has toned down on the flash moves, he done a lot at Summerslam but prior to that he was only doing the phoenix splash, I could be wrong though but I don't remember hm doing the the somersault dive since he turned heel. He is already breaking into the mainstream with his appearence on The Daily Show (twice) and The Today Show the night after Mania.

A heel WWE champions should never do a suicide dive in my opinion. Many great heels in the past have wrestled within themselves in terms of moveset, because part of their job is to make the babyfaces look great. While the indie scene produces WWE with a load of talent, when playing the heel role many seem to want to keep an element of "cool" about their character. Im not sure there has been anyone since JBL who has completely embraced the heel role.

Rollins has a ton of potential, but in my view is yet to have a memorable feud. I can see why he excites some of the hardcore fans, but not convinced he sells tickets/ppvs etc.

Whilst Im happy to see Dudleys back I feel a little sorry for Bully, he has done so much character development in TNA and held their world title twice. WWE will just have him lower midcard again. He deserves more, but will never happen in WWE.

Sting v Rollins is an interesting fued, I wonder if Sting had a title run put in his contract and so when he goes in HOF they can say he held the WWE Title too.

I hope he DOES win the title, but then Sheamus cashes in straight after and wins the title off him. Cus we know Sting ain't doing a full time schedule so that would be perfect.

Im going to a festival in Portsmouth at the weekend and just found out theres a wrestling show in town on the Friday and AJ Styles is wrestling Mark Haskins in the main event so probably gunna go to that! Haskins is a fucking awesome heel, seen him on UK indies tons of times but never saw AJ Styles so really wanna check him out. Wolves and PJ Black also on the card.

Is Sasha Banks a shout for wrestler of the year?

Absolutely. She is arguably the most talented wrestler on the company's books, along with Rollins. Just consistently brilliant match after match after match. Here's hoping she gets the push to become the face of the Divas division she deserves.

The trouble is WWE is full of deserving people just below the main event level, but theres only so many people you can push at one time. WWE need tag teams and thats why they want the Dudleys, Im sure they are getting decent pay, so Im not going to feel too much sympathy!

Also Banks v Bayley is up there with the best matches of 2015 in my book. While there are many performers in WWE that can deliver great matches, I often find that I have little reason to care who wins and loses. This defintely wasnt the case for the above match.

Caught up with it all last night. Summerslam was average. Raw was good.

Its becoming a habit that I enjoy the raw after a PPV more than the PPV itself.

I hate the fact that they wont let Lesnar get pinned or submitted properly. it means that it's harder for his matches to create tension at close finishes because we all know he isn't getting pinned. I get that they have built him to be this unstoppable force but defeats don't have to be that damaging to this.

and in relation to the Divas; its pretty telling that the biggest pops currently aren't for any of the 'revolution' girls, but for Lana.

Was the same for Taker at WM. It was getting predictable and boring.

Sting as champ? Can't see it. A 56 year old who can work to an acceptable level beating a man literally half his age becoming champ in his 2nd match. After losing the first. Which was basically a gimmick match.

Rumours of a Goldberg return now. He showed up at an Indy show a while back and did this. He also says he spoke to HHH recently.

I know I'm late but damn it was good watching @Goldberg back in the ring https://t.co/2lIrQ5r7cC #Spear #JackHammer
