Looks like Blur for 2013 is incredibly unlikely, if we can trust Albarn's word of course.

Was kinda hoping for this when purchasing those london live tickets, would have been gutted if theyd just played leeds a year later.

i don't want them to play Leeds a year later, I want a reason to return to it and Blur one at Hyde Park is all I need. I know I'd be liking maybe the NME stage header but choose Blur instead.
It can't be totally written off though

They'll be back, they've got plenty of years left in them yet. I reckon when Oasis reform they'll do something. 2014?

in fairness, he says no, not really, which could just mean for full on tours no, for random every few years gigs it's possible which would mean a big booking for whichever festival gets them. I'd say though that R&L need to get them before V as they'd need to wait a few years before trying for them again I think.
