Have decided to now get the bus from Buchanan street on the Saturday morning(friend working on the Fri)..Does this service drop you reasonably near the campsite? So how far would I need to drag all my stuff?,,,,Also thinking about the 1100 back on the Monday...Think i should book bus just now? Thanks in advance for help xxx

You don't have far at all to walk with your stuff! You would be off bus and in campsite with in 15mins(ish)! shame you can not come up on the Friday as you will be missing out! Not sure regarding booking the bus though!

you are paying for the 3 nights anyway! I would just ditch her and let her come up herself! But then I'm an evil bastard

You could always say you'll go up friday, take all her stuff and set it up for her?
I missed one day of glastonbury last year cos of my mate. It was wednesday, so I can't talk, but at least I missed nothing.
Is this your first festival?

Pfft I've gone to festivals without 'good pals' plenty of times! haha last year my mates couldn't make it until Friday night/Saturday so I went myself early on and set up every ones tents...was a bit of a mule tbh, 6 tents! haha
