Some incredible acts announced for this summer's Parklife Weekender in Manchester this morning. This event takes place over the same Saturday and Sunday as Rock Ness this year so there is the obvious potential for many of these acts to make the short trip up to Loch Ness over the weekend as well. A lot of the handful of acts announced for Rock Ness so far are also expected to play Parklife.

I would love to see Madeon, Erol, Fake Blood, Julio Bashmore, Miguel Campbell, SMD, Maya Jane Coles, Art Department, Araabmuzik & Jacques Lu Cont announced for Rock Ness out of this line-up.

Its a lovely festival! attended last year.  In two minds whether to go this year too.  No camping but accomodation & travel are cheap enough if you book up now

I would take all those playing the Metroplex arena, with Mistajam and Annie Mac being the Radio 1 DJs. Hospitality tent holy shit we could do with that. Hospitality plus Goldie and Andy C would be a brilliant drum & bass set up with DJ Fresh headlining the tent.

Reckon Dizzee Rascal is in with a chance of being the 3rd tent headliner, could definitely see him playing at the same time as Mumford.

Would love to see some of those acts at Rockness as well like High Contrast, Netsky, Danny Byrd, Tempa T, Caspa & 16-bit.

Hoping for MJ Coles, Julio Bashmore, Jackmaster, James Zabiela, Joy Orbison, Tensnake, Miguel Campbell, Eats Everything, Claude Von Stroke, Jacques Lu Cont, Heidi, and Toddla T out of that lot? A few of those would be amazing on Arcadia or in a tent.
