Just seen on Tv listings tonight that programme called Party Paramedics on 10pm on C4 tonight is about St Johns Ambulance volunteers at 3 festivals. Not sure which ones but maybe worth a watch

They said that Wickerman festival is Scotlands answer to Glastonbury which is just outside Glasgow! Its 105miles from Glasgow ffs lol

I think I heard the bint say Guilfest was a 60,000 crowd. Get the feeling she was someone that knows bugger all about festivals. Chances are she has a questionnaire posted on here somewhere.

I'm guessing that that 60,000 figure comes from 20,000 people x 3 days.

While that's not an accurate way of describing the numbers it's not an uncommon way of doing it, and isn't really any more wrong than saying it's got a 20,000 crowd when (especially at Guilfest) many of the people in each day are on day tickets meaning that there's many more than 20,000 attend.

Party Paramedics - should have been called Party Lightweights.Wireless was just fulll of spoilt rich kid brats, horrible people,,,,
