Behind the scenes Gilles Peterson and the WF gang are cooking up an amazing line-up for this 7th edition of the WF in Sete (2-8 July) which promises to be the best yet. Artists already confirmed are: Julio Bashmore, Robert Glasper Experiment live, Channel One Sound System, Alice Russell live, Mosca, Machinedrum live, DJ RKK, Dimlite live, David Rodigan, Onra live… And many more to come. More info on line-up, tickets, etc... click here.
The meeting is set for Monday July 2 for a whole week of musical enjoyment with an end to the festivities on Sunday July 8. Plenty of beach parties, a street party, a Theatre de la Mer for live, a Theatre de la Mer for clubbing, a scene for large outdoor concerts with a giant dance floor. In short, a Worldwide Festival as you’ve always loved it but that you'll love even more!

The festival line up is not to my musical taste but having had a great holiday in Sete I recommend it as a destination.
