Gorillaz Soundsystem could be fun?

would like to see sigma & redlight there. think theyre touring with rusko so all three could be a possibility.

Did anyone see any acts and djs at the relentless pyramid stage at leeds last year? It was on until stupid o clock as well. I caught dj fresh and grooverider last year, was some of my highlights from last year

I thought a combination of relentless pyramid, silent disco, jack daniels and oxfam was spot on last year. Oxfam is quality every year but the others either improved or just new. I will be living closer to reading for the first time since I started going to festivals. But I can't give up leeds, the after hours is a massive bonus

I was supposed to cover Beach Break Live a couple of years ago for a music website, but not even the free ticket could convince me to go in the end.

Haha, I really didn't think it was that bad. The beach was nice to cure a hangover & have a wash. Queues were horrific & restrictions on booze (12 cans!) when I went were ridiculous. Can't beleive it got moved to Kent 2 weeks before one year too.

It's a DJ (of whom i'm not sure who it is) playing Gorillaz songs mixed with a load of other chart dance stuff. With holograms of the Gorillaz, music videos and stuff. It looks fun. Like a multimedia type thing.

They're playing Open Air Festival in August. I think it'd be a good booking.

The website has a video containing clips of different parts of a show.

Cheers, this is what i thought too after seeing a video from Camp Bestival or Bestival on youtube. Couldn't tell if it was one of the band or not. Looks ok from the videos but probably a lot better when wasted in the crowd. The holograms look cool but I think without them it wouldn't be quite so fun.

Talking of holograms, Eric Prydz In Concert (EPIC) now uses them. Saw it at Global but not massively into house so left to go get some ridiculously expensive cocktails.
