Fri night 2nd stage Headliners. The clues are all there. The signature video on the DL website starts with the best has yet to come which is there blue ribbon song of their last album which is being toured now. The other non DL but has done MOR band is Blue Oyster Cult. Playing Sunday I reckon. Suck it up sweethearts but I am a happy bunny.

You should write for the new series of Sherlock!

nope.
meatloaf did mor but never download.
scorpions arent even that big over here.
i still think its qotsa, who havent played dl before. and the poster with the paper covers over the bands has a remarkably similar Q to the queens logo in the top slot on the friday.
scorpions just wouldnt be big news.

Surely it being their last tour would make them the "Special Friday headliner" Andy was talking about? I don't like them, don't really think they're big enough either, but I'll be watching the prodigy regardless. Really don't think it'll be QotSA, mainly because I'm sure Andy said it'd be someone who'd appeal to a more classic crowd - which would make sense considering the clashes are Prodigy and Devin Townsend, that and I wouldn't want QotSA to clash with Prodigy

I'm still thinking it'll be Scorpions, but i guess we'll find out soon enough. And were is this Q that everyones talking about on the poster? It just looks like a bit of the paper to me

I'll be at the bar if it is.
I'm not sure on the Q. It could be part of the paper, could be part of a logo. Even zooming in, it's impossible to tell. Guess we'll know tomorrow.

Thats not part of the logo IMO, its just paper, top of logo is red, thats white.
I know one of the 2 acts booked already who played MOR but not download is, but ive sworn to keep it quiet, they arent a big deal tho.

I insist that you all agree with me now! Grrrrr! Can't you see all the clues? They are like there and everything. For those that will be at the bar, good, all the more room for me to do my Rudolph Schenker side to side wobbly head no hair kind of head bang thing that he does.

Is there a list somewhere that has all the bands that have played MOR but not Download, only asking you since I know you're on the DL Forums a bit

Cheers! Well reckon Status Quo, Meat Loaf, Van Halen and Bon Jovi are ruled out due to being too big I reckon
Can definitely see it being Poison and possibly one of the smaller bands (due to nothing other than intuition
)
