Seen them last night in the SECC for the second time and they were amazing so much better than they were at Bellahouston. Then i seen this today

I had been saying for a while i thought they would be playing T in the Park and it looks likely now :) unless this is a load of rubbish like most other Daily Record stories.

I feared this might happen.  However, there is no guarantee they would headliner the main or NME stages.

As long as they are not one of the main headliners then fair enough. Won't be seeing them myself though went to watch them at the secc a few years ago and can safely say its the worst gig i've ever been too.

The Daily Record usually has a decent track record for past acts.

Don't think Snow Patrol will headline though.

i can understand alot of people don't like them but i'm being honest they were really good last night and even the songs from their new album that they played were brilliant would gladly see them at T but i don't really want to see them headline personally. Co-headline again possibly.

Snow Patrol havnt got any bigger since they co-headlined infact I reckon they have decreased in popularity, so I very much doubt they will be headlining but as a sub or a third down on main stage they would definitely be an attraction to a lot of people (including myself) and as already mentioned the Daily Record have a solid background of acts as they dont release information unless its pretty solid (except saying that Azelia Banks was headling Rockness?) so take that as you will

Never seen them live, and I enjoyed their earlier stuff in small doses, so if they're a sub and there's nothing else on, then I'll pop and see them.
But I don't think it'd say a lot for the other bands playing on that day if they're headlining.

I am a big fan of Snow Patrol, and thought they were excellent last night, but after headlining in 2007 and sub headlining in 2009, I don't think they are any bigger now than they were then. I would like to think subhead liner, or top of NME would be as high as they got. This will be my first T since 2009, so I'm hoping for a couple of big headliners rather than them rolling out the house bands of the killers & Snow Patrol

Woeful band who have played T enough times already. A booking that totally lacks imagination and ambition.

I expect them to be subbing the Stone Roses, probably on the Sunday.
