We were on it at Glastonbury. When a mate shat himself, rather than take the piss out of him, we were just really understanding.

that is wonderful.

it's a bullshit aricle though.  no facts, the usual scaremongering.  of course, those warnings may be correct, but as nobody knows for sure, they're pointless.

Of course a nappy how could I overlook that, then I can be "roflcoptr'd" off my box have complete containment and keep my place at the barrier, in fact I reckon I would have loads of room at the barrier

:O

Now there's an image. A field full of adults wearing nappies while 'roflcoptr'd' off their boxes. Glastonbury would have to provide mother and baby changing units. Could get messier than the portaloo's!

This was always my favourite clip from the Ali G series. Professor John Anthony Henry (RIP) has no idea... "& is there any negative effects?"

I don't think the article's bullshit at all. People who take these types of things are imbeciles, the fact that there's absolutely no research into these chemicals means that you don't know if there will be any dangerous side effects. I remember reading several reports of peoples limbs turning blue when taking M-Cat, until there's research into it which can tell you if what you are taking is safe to take, (I know no drug is safe to take) then your risking a lot just for the sake of getting "mashed".

Yea I agree, if I came out with some chemical ..you have no idea what it could do, how it makes you feel, what the sides are

with other drugs at least people are aware of possible sides and how it feels on them/what can go wrong i.e. paranoid/k hole etc

Exactly, after years of research and testing and to quote David Nutt the former drug adviser to the government "taking ecstasy is no more dangerous than horse riding". The same things can't be said about these new "research chemicals", because nobody knows anything about them, they could easily be more dangerous than taking Heroin.

David Nutt also said cannabis, ecstasy and LSD are less dangerous than alcohol and was sacked for making these comments, but that's a completely different subject.

At least the new "research chemicals" coming into the UK are getting tested by the guys on the BlueLight forums etc.

I would class some of the drugs such as "bath salts" as incredibly more dangerous than the chemically tested & talked about "research chemicals". However with the later, its worth trawling through the forums to find a decent & reliable vendor that others are using (you aren't allowed to post vendor websites on BlueLight but you can "accidently" come across some eg xxxxxxxxxx is well known to be legit).

This stuff just sounds dangerous though!

Just realised this Roflcoptr is actually methoxetamine, I've heard it be called Dr. Death before. It is a seriously bad rep on BlueLight & has been linked to a bloke going insane & skiing off a cliff.

The drugs being sold as "bath salts" or "plant food" are research chemicals, it's illegal to sell a chemical and advertise it for human consumption so they sell them under different titles. Just had a quick look at that bluelight site, I don't know a lot about testing drugs but it seems to me that they're just user reports, (people telling each other what the effects are from personal experiences). Which is a good thing because if you are going to take these modified chemicals, (and that's all they are, modified slightly from the original chemical structure of the drug that they're trying to mirror), then you have the information on what the effects are and what the side effects could be. Although that site is just a handful of people trying to give each other information, the amount of people that take these things every week without having any type of knowledge about it is quite scary really.

I can't believe you are advocating and promoting these things to be honest.

I don't wish death on anyone but that in my opinion, if he's took it knowingly that it was "roflcoptr" and not Ketamine it's his own fault.

This shit sounds horrid. Meow meow was revolting stuff (decent high but the come down was beyond awful), and this sounds worse than that shit.

I'll stick to the well tried and tested illegal drugs.

Thats not proper testing though is it. Its just a load of munters getting munted and describing their experience. They're not going to be able to tell you if its going to lead to depression or paranoid Schizophrenia in 10 years time.

Woah... never said anything of the sort. I just said I see a difference between the shitty bath salts you can buy under names like Roflcoptr & the like from high street vendors from the more legit research chemicals available.

If you look in the other forum sections they do test the substances properly using kits. I just linked the trip report section which is what I read occasionally as some are hilarious ie THIS & the Alpaca's.

I would never condone taking drugs. But I don't frown upon those that choose to.

Maybe using the word advocating was a bit strong but by posting the address to a website that sells these chemicals whether you meant to or not you are promoting it.

Firstly they're not bath salts, they're marketed as bath salts because they can't market them as this new legal drug that blows your head off. They have absolutely no relevance to bath salts, exactly the same way as M-Cat had absolutely no relevance to plant food. Secondly they're both the same thing, the website that you posted which sells these more "legit research chemicals" as you put it, are actually selling this "roflcoptr" stuff. It's just sold under the actual chemical formula rather than using the word "roflcoptr".
