Having working my nuts off to raise the funds to take my good lady friend and myself to Download 2012, I was absolutely gutted to find that the Camper van tickets sold out on 10th January, with the cancellation list also closed as well.

This is a full 2 months before it sold out last year.

I know, I should have bought the tickets and camper van supplement earlier, but times have be tight to put it mildly

If anyone has any heads up on where to appropriate a camper van ticket, I will be truely grateful and will shower you with premium beverages at Download......

I've gone on the waiting list for RIP, the person who replied and confirmed warned me that the list "has grown substantially" in the last few days. dunno how bad that is.

Camper van tickets look like they will be just as scarce.

It may be the motivation I need to go VIP at soni instead. Its a shame they can't/won't open another field for RIP.

I got a camper ticket last year, but in the end had to go regular camping. I put it on ebay nearer the time and got my money back, the following week there was about 10 for sale many below face value, just keep looking you might be lucky.

I would actually pay for RIP, but it seems that everything has just shot out the door this year.....

I've got my search results saved for eBay so fingers crossed and here's to shouting at imaginary pigeons in the Portaloos!

Oh tosh and damn.....they've only gone and announced Slash and Myles Kennedy....so the hunt for someone selling a campervan ticket moves into a new level of frenziness!

I'm in the same boat.  Totallt missed out on a Campervan pass, as they went so quick this year.  My own fault, but I'm on the hunt for one
