Agreed.  When a band member dies or leaves what are the rest of the band to do - pack in and never play any of their music again or try and find someone else to take that person's place.  Queen produced a great body of work and I'd be delighted to see some of it performed again live.  They are not pretending that Freddie is still with them but openly saying that this is someone taking his place and recognising his contribution.
