Been mentioned before but Dog Is Dead. Saw them on BBC Introducing at Glasto & played to a very generous crowd that turned up to see Plan B & went down really well.

Howler are playing, I saw them at Joiners and talked with the lead singer. When I asked if he was playing the festival he said "I cannot release any information about that" while nodding his head. :)
