Anyone have any suggestions of new / up and coming bands you'd like to see at R/L?

I'll kick things off with a couple:

Played the introducing stage last year and I really hope they're on the lineup somewhere this year:

Don't know how to insert video...

Obvious ones, Howler and Dry The River. Hope Cloud Control come back.
Others:
The Morning Benders,
2:54
Friends
Fixers (not particularly new but still quite small)
Ute
The White Album
Milk Music
Gross Magic

Would he have sold out if he appeared at Reading/Leeds - surely there are better festivals (Shhhhhhhhhh) he could attend every year.

He's already played R&L before though, at least he wasn't as out of place as when he played Wireless on Jay Z day.

This.

I saw Tribes about 2-3 years ago supporting Mystery Jets and they were shite. This album seems ten times better. Howlers album is really good as well.

Dog is Dead are really good and my favourite at the moment is Outfit

I saw Tribes 3 times last year and they were really good each time. Their gig in Sheffield last year was surprisingly raucus! I'd also like DZ Deathrays to be there.

Good call, would also add in When My Days Come and Nightdriving!

Bit of shameless self-promotion, for anyone who likes indie/rock I've put together 12 to watch for 2012:
