Just had a thought... Gossip are yet to announce any UK festival dates, Beth played last year too, could they be in with a shout?

I think it is great festival and £30 for the Friday I will defo be there.

I was there with the missus last year on the Saturday and it seems had a similar time to "Matt - Ed Banger Records", spent a while in the NYC Downlow and we left at about 9pm.

I lost the missus for about 10 minutes and when I found her she said random people were having their pictures taken with her because she was so "in the moment" this was at about 2pm

I think it was the litre of woo-woo we drunk on the way there that did for us, similarly not our finest hour.

She is not coming this year

Not a bad lineup and price wise this looks very worth it....will definitley join if I make plans to go to London in mid June...
Field day event is going to be happening during queens jubillee if im not mistaken ey ? so that will surely be a miss for me....chaos would be the order of the day...

BTW if any one could suggest some decent hotels in London with 'decent' prices that would be much appreciated...cause the ones I found are way too expensive..

Grace jones announced as sunday headliner

I love Grace, but I only saw her last year, hmmm. For £100 the over all weekend looks pretty strong, but I won't be going unless my plans for Bestival fall through.

Not usually a fan of Festivals without camping, feels like you are cheating if you sleep in a bed at the end of the night.

Found a cheap hotel nearby £40 a night; and tickets for Friday and Saturday so will give it a whirl.

Groove armada playing a live and hits set on the saturday... I only had friday tickets but i'm now hugely tempted as i never saw them. No-one else that day i'm really that fussed with - think it really is a one-off?
