looks like its expanding to 3, possibly 4 stages next year and the year after a new venue and 4 stages
I liked the small site, refreshing break from somewhere like Glasto.
Record sales this year if it aint broke...

YEAHS love how compact werchter is aswel! There supposed to be re-designing the site to get more stages in but no official word on it.
May go back this year but depends in bjork getting announced and other headliners! Otherwise it's one of sziget/beni/primavera.

Not really a disappointment, two expected names so it's good they're confirmed now
Think they'll announce Metallica next week, along with other headliners.

Is it sure they'll do festivals next year.
If yes, they'll be there indeed.
I'm hoping for Radiohead, Kanye West, Kasabian.

I think it will depend on if contracts were signed pre pukkelpop, after this years tragedy they might feel there duty to headline pukkelpop again.
Not fussed to be fair, used to love foos and used to go to all there tours...but pretty much tired of them.
only act I want announced is bjork!

going to my first Rock Werchter next year as Glasto isn't on and was wondering where's the best place to buy the tickets from and how quickly will they sell?

Good choice! Did both Glastonbury and Werchter last year and had two times a great time!
Tickets can only be bought from the official site.
Last year, Saturday and Friday tickets sold out in january/february but that was because of the very popular headliners (Coldplay and Arctic Monkeys).
The weekend and other day tickets sold out in the week before the festival.
That was later than other years, when weekend tickets sold out in march but they increased the capacity with 3,000 people last year...
The first day, the site to buy tickets wil work slowly but it will not sell out in the first months.
If they have very popular headliners (Metallica, RHCP, Bruce Springsteen), tickets for those day will sell out pretty fast.
But normally, you'll have time enough to buy yours.

My guess is it'll be something like this:
Thursday: Rage Against The Machine - Metallica - Justice
Friday: dEUS - Foo Fighters
Saturday: Kasabian - Björk - Bruce Springsteen
Sunday: Snow Patrol - Red Hot Chili Peppers - 2manydj's
That indeed will be a quick sell out.
