Definitely agree with you there Lucky, Wednesday & Thursday are always great. Especially Thursday a day with literally no commitments to anything except drinking.

HELP!!!!!

1) When do they usually send tickets abroad? I thought, they will send them in January

2) Is there any possibility of CHANGING ticket option? I've bought 5pcs with 3 day camping.... and our plane goes 2 days eariler :( . So 5day camping would be great. Or is there an option of buying 2 bonus days at the venue?

1)Won't be in January. They'll send them reasonably close to the fest. Probably late May.

2) Doubt it. Your best bet would be to ring whatever ticket agency you used and ask. You certainly won't be able to buy 2 bonus days at the time.

I'm sure the last couple of years Download have offered a chance to upgrade the camping around a month or so before the fest

I've bought them on ticketmaster.co.uk and I have no freakin idea, how can I contact them, I only can see "FAQ" section and when I used "Ask a Question" option, I got automatically response about different issue. FML

Is there any direct mail to them?

BTW: Upgrading via website would be helpful :)

You're not allowed to change your booking after making it according to T&C. Supposed the Ask a question option lets you e-mail them, or you can go by this section and ring them:

"If you would prefer to speak to someone directly, please call our Customer Support Team on 08444 999 999. The lines are open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Once in the queue please hold and we will answer your call as soon as possible. Please have your booking reference and credit card details ready."

I imagine they'll be happy to upgrade you though.

Andy Copping says if you've bought 3 days camping and want to upgrade to 5 days contact the seller and they'll be able to upgrade you, no problem, he's said it to multiple people on twitter.

As ticketmaster is the main ticket agent of Live Nation and Download, I can't see them not doing doing this.

Phone them up with your order number.
