Well as some of you may remember, I lost a very close friend of mine a few years back. Ever since I've wanted to do something to remember him, so I've finally got off my backside and am organising a night celebrating the music that he loved. There will be at least one live band (featuring yours truely) as well as dj's, all hoping to do justice to Joe's varied tastes. It will be free to get in, although we will be collecting for the orphanage in India that Joe used to support. If any of you live in the area then please put this date in your diary and come along.
Look at me, first post in months and it's to pimp my own music night. Scum, sub-human scum.

Typical shameless self promotion. Nothing changes!
Great idea, fair play.

Jofest is this Friday. We had our final rehersal last night and it's all sounding good (even if I do say so myself) - although how my voice will hold up by the end of 30 songs is anyones guess. If you're in the area please come down

All sorts basically, just stuff Joe loved. I'm amazed how good it's sounding, helps having a pro guitarist as a mate :-)What sort of stuff are you singing Steve?

A last bump. I'm stupidly excited and terrified all at the same time. Bring it on! Will try and post some pictures of the event
