It looks pretty unlikely that they will be at iow next year now that there playing only two uk shows but with the two shows falling on the same weekend as iow is there any chance that iow could snap them up for the Friday headliner spot. Thoughts?

Maybe they're being ignorant Americans and don't realise IOW is apart of the UK (bit like The Strokes thinking Ireland is apart of the UK this year) otherwise them doing only 2 UK shows next year is pretty clear cut they wont be playing.

Apart from a few good songs, i find them very annoying, yes it would be a coup, but nothing close to as good if they got Killers, Arcade Fire, Nickelback etc...
